GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Ground floor plan designed as an open floor allowing visitors to come in from various directions. Besides, pedestrian walkway extended into the building and integrated with building, making a building is part of the street and the street is part of the building. Every commercial space on ground floor could be treated as individual shop lots. Greeneries such as bushes and palm trees are located along the pedestrian street to provide shading and to cool down the overall building temperature.

Eating outlets located along the main pedestrian walkway and facing the Imbi Street, provide ease of pedestrian flow
Top 4 gaming suppliers: Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, and Sega are located was ground floor due to larger space availability and their capability to capture visitors’ attention with their latest gaming technology features.
Main atrium and Sub atrium connecting each spae within the ground floor creating a seamless connectivity of spaces and pedestrian flow.
Services such as TNB, Fire safety tank arranged at the rear part of the building for ease of maintenance and services. Those spaces were arranged nicely and planned according to services requirement in order to provide stable electricity, water, sanitary, internet access and fire safety perfectly.
The turning point from Jalan Imbi into Jalan Sultan Ismail is replaced by outdoor plaza. The intention is to create a place where visitors could hang around at the exterior of the building as well. The idea of creating outdoor plaza could make the building more pedestrian friendly and able to hold larger events which could caters more visitors.

MEZZANINE FLOOR

Mezzanine floor is a continuation of eating outlets from exterior of the building to interior. Moreover, ramp was designed to connect ground floor and first floor so that anyone could move up and down from this floor with ease.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN

First Floor Plan of BBGA has two elevated bridge. One of them connects elevated pedestrian walkways from Imbi Monorail Station, Times Square Plaza and another one connects with Sungei Wang Plaza.

The idea is to create a seamless pedestrian walkway at the Golden Triangle of City Centre. Visitors could visit from one place to another easily without travelling down to ground floor and crossing the busy road again. This also ensures visitors’ safety and their comfort within the building.

SECOND FLOOR PLAN

Second Floor Plan is filled with Virtual Reality Gaming facilities with intention to introduce the latest gaming technologies to the public and keep exploring the potential of virtual reality technologies in real life. Large space was provided in order to cater large amount of people and enable the space is sufficient for prop arrangement inside the building. The clients’ office: Lowyat Group and Activision Blizzard are located at this floor as well. Lowyat Group as the landlord of the building, functions for event organization and management, retail management

Activision Blizzard functions for organizing tournament and managing major competitive events.

THIRD FLOOR PLAN

Third Floor Plan of BBGA consists of 2 multipurpose halls. Multipurpose hall 1 has bigger floor area, function to holding major events and celebration such as Blizz-Con, Comic-Con, Anime Fiesta and etc. The partition between multipurpose hall 1 and multipurpose 2 can be removed in order to create a larger event space. Service road, preparation area and prayers room are located at this floor as well.

FOURTH FLOOR PLAN

Fourth Floor plan is the place where gallery and exhibition located, any artwork or players’ victorious gameplay would be shown at gallery area. Gallery area is designed as partition less for ease of management and giving the flexibility of converting the gallery area into an enclosed atrium area if necessary. Battle Arena is located on this floor as well. Battle Arena is the digital stadium which could cater 500 people inside it. Visitors would come into Battle Arena and watch selected players compete among each other via gaming.

FIFTH FLOOR PLAN

Fifth Floor Plan is the location of theme hotel lobby and the exit way of Battle Arena. Theme hotel lobby also consist of locker room, storage, hotel office, kitchen and dining area.

SIXTH FLOOR PLAN

Sixth Floor Plan is the floor where theme hotel unit located.
